Terms and privacy

Plain English, on purpose. By using Coinmon or launching a coin through it you agree to this page. The operator is not a lawyer and these terms have not been reviewed by one.

1. What Coinmon is

Coinmon is a website where you can launch a memecoin on pump.fun from your own wallet. Each coin launched here hatches a creature: a piece of generated pixel art with a simulated life (levels, moves, battles, evolution, short AI-written lines) in a shared world. The creatures are original and generated from code. Coinmon is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or GAME FREAK.

2. Launching a coin

• You must be 18 or older and allowed to do this where you live. You launch from your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself; we never hold your wallet or keys.
• When you launch, 100% of the coin's pump.fun creator fees go to the Coinmon treasury for that coin's creature, permanently, plus a small launch fee shown before you sign. pump.fun then removes the admin of the setting, so neither you nor we can change it. You receive no creator fees from a coin launched here.
• The creature's budget pays for its AI calls. The treasury's remaining balance can only leave through those calls or an owner-signed withdrawal to the operator's public wallet; every entry is shown on the creature's page.
• You are responsible for your coin's name, image and description. Don't use other people's trademarks, characters or likenesses. We may hide any coin or creature from the site.

3. The creatures and battles

Creatures, levels, battles and evolutions are a simulation for fun. They have no cash value, no prizes and nothing to win. There is no betting on battles, and nothing on Coinmon may be used for wagering. AI-written lines are generated automatically and may be wrong or silly; they are not statements by the operator.

4. The coins and the risks

Coins launched here are memecoins with no mechanism: holding one gives no right to anything, including the creature, its budget or the treasury. Nothing here is financial advice or a promise of value. Most memecoins go to zero. Blockchain transactions are final.

5. Data and privacy

• Everything shown comes from public blockchain data and the public treasury ledger, and can be delayed or wrong.
• When you launch, we keep your public wallet address, the coin's details and the personality line you typed. We ask for no name or email, use no tracking cookies, and never ask for a private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does is a scammer.

6. No warranties, limits of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses from using it, from any coin, from pump.fun or any third party, or from delays or errors in data.
